tried that, no joy obviously.
part of the frustration is that the email address is the primary one on my BT account. I've been trying to get BT to make one of my sub account adresses the primary and let me delete the infected one, but that doesn't seem to be easy.
Kosmic, would you mind taking my name out of the title on the lead post? cheers
