Bugger! Cheers anyway Paul.

Got the valve out after a few dulled drill bits, and the valve was seized solid.

I had to soak the valve in wd40 for a few hours, and use a blow torch on it before it finally gave way. The shaft at the plate end was badly scored, but a quick rub with micromesh and all was smooth again.

Had to use cobalt drill bits to drill out the old studs in the manifold, and just going to Re-tap them tomorra.

Now if there's no pulley wheel knocking about, I guess I'll just have to make one myself!
Stop polishing it and ride the bloody thing!!
