Thanks for the replies obviously have got up the nose of one or two responders seeing as I did post once in General and then again in FZ1 corner for which I apoligise. I have checked the torque settings in the book but as yet do not have a torque wrench, hence the term HARD.
Yes as stated it is my life and I do actually check the bike over on a regular basis, but as said the bike was serviced back in late April and new pads fitted obviously the said garage did not torque to the factory setting so think I was entittled to have a moan. So tell me DekF how often do you check the securing bolts on your bike? as I stated I do not have a lot of expierence regarding Motorcycle maintainence, would that be every time you go out for a ride or once a month, or perhaps at the service intervals. I thought that was the general rule and why servicing schedules were in place.
