The gear indicator is indeed speed/rpm and seems to work very well, clutch in it doesn't know but as soon as it's out it's spot on.
My gps module(VK16HX @ £7 inc postage) arrived today, fitted in the clock housing well and setup dead easily, won't be able to play anymore for 2 weeks as going on holiday.
