Every time I go to that place, he has something in that catches my eye, this time an immaculate Katana 1000 - forgot the camera though. And he had an FZ750 up on the bench - always bikes I think of as my era. Says he might have another Kat thou in for sale soon too - oh, to have unlimited funds!
I can sympathise with you Nick being of similar vintage. The flat slide Katana 1000 was a class machine, probably away ahead of its time and I luckily managed to get a ride on one, with the owners comment before letting me loose on it "Drop it and your life will be hell" :lol Unfortunately with mortatge rates running at 10% interest and rising when they were new ruled me out of ever owning one, new or second hand.

One of the reasons I do not attend shows now I used to come home pissed off from looking at things I would love but could not afford :'(
