Technically you're actually either "Recommended" or "Not Recommended" for full IAM Membership
BOT AFAIK RoSPA and IAM tests are fairly similar, however they may have different levels of emphasis (RoSPA being more safety oriented, I believe) however I've only done IAM, so I can't say more than that.
