HI,  valve is free been striped , checked  copper greased    , cables have not been connected yet only motor end, and cables are oiled and free, used haynes  w/shop manual said check for voltage at the block connector  poss probe to black/red terminal  neg to black/yellow terminal turn ign on  no sign of 12 volts!  just RPM  TO 7000 . Is their a relay or fuse    SWIFTY
