Cheers mate, very helpful that. Thanks for the offer of the seat too, but I think I've decided (for now) what to do.


I think this one will be easy to do on my frame, and I really like the way it looks. A bit of alloy sheeting, a bit foam, and leather and job done. Any ideas on the best way to detab the frame (and get rid of that mount the rear mudguard attaches to)? I was thinking angle grinder as close as possible without marking the frame, then some good old hard graft with a file? What did you do?
