Stripped the head bearing down to re-grease and torque to the spec as provided by Haynes and in doing so discovered the Right hand (as you sit on the bike) lower triple clamp was not tight - I have now torqued all bolts in this area and in doing so have removed the slight click/ Knock I had.
Also decided to adjust the play in the clutch cable for my liking the cable had been over adjusted at the level. So it set about adjusting the 12mm bolt and screw to find I made the clutch slip
