Fazerider I thank you for that info. The FZS 400 headlight has 2 H4 bulbs which at the moment are linked across from bulb to bulb so I have a bit of sorting to do 
. I think I may need a 400 wiring diagram to sort this. it must be do-able with a bit of thinking out the box. Thanks again.
