a friend did similar bodge years back but  didn't realise the brake was slightly on all the time
As the disk got hot the brake grabbed and locked up  :'( 
He was ok after he picked himself up only his pride dented

I wont be going out with it like that mate, its been removed from the bike again and the OEM unit refitted Smile
