If it is red, silver or yellow you could paint it blue of course.
Then as shown in this photo

you could then add a radiator cover (as you suggest), fork gaiters to protect the stanchions, flush fitting indicators and a guard on the front of the pipes to protect the engine and electrics, along with a rather fetching picture on the front of that guard to your own personal choice.
