Good to hear you are OK.
Hope your old boy gets better.
Mines got Alzheimers, thinks I'm his brother and refuses point blank, despite being 85 and very frail, to use a stick.
I took him over to the Scottish Museum of Flight last year. It's a big site, an airfield and you work round the various hangers of which one contains Concorde. I knew it would be a tough but enjoyable day for him. So I parked up the car and got his stick out of the boot. I offered it to him and explained why he might find it handy that day. To my surprise he took it, fiddled with it then pointed it straight at me and asked "where's your stick?" I replied that I didn't need one. He says "How come you don't need one, yer even older than me!"
