Fiddled with the FJ 1200 - got a Thundercat 17" back wheel which after measuring seems as though it'll be a simple fit. I think you'll find the T-cat back wheel is the same as the Fazer 600 back wheel.

Haynes says the rears are the same, but the T-cat ran a 120 front (I think). Punkstig is the man to ask!
