I've got one of these (well it's big brother anyway, same in operation, just bigger!).
I like it. It's a bit fiddly to get the bike on, especially the first time you work with a particular bike, but with that done, it doesn't half make life easier. Better than a normal bench lift, if you're dropping the wheels off (cos they'll drop out of the way without removing mudguards etc), but still have the bike at comfortable working height when sat on a stool to service brakes, for example. Obviously takes up a lot less room when not in use, which was a big consideration for me.
