Paul, if you can get a cheap boxeye fairing, Deefer666 is a professional plastic welder and sprayer. He has several damaged fairings in his shop, but buying one of his repaired ones may be more economical. (I've seen the quality of finish of his work, it really is as good as new on the outside, and barely noticeable on the inside!)
