Noisy Exup

As the thou was running quite rough on the last trip . i have taken thge plugs out for a look at them, Only one looks to be a nice colour. would a sticky exup do this?
I checked the carb balance recently so pretty sure thats ok. I'll get some new plugs in the interim as its due for some.
