You were saying that obeying traffic laws is optional, but according to the highway code it's not.

So the dozens of cyclists wisely jumping the red light in the silly video.
Well go on, show us the law, the implications and perhaps you can point to prosecutions.

Or........you can look yourself if you're that interested!
