Hi, I'm in the process of repairing the top fairing on my sisters Mk1 Fazer 600.
Halfords do a Fibreglass kit which I used to re-enforce the inside. I then used some bumper filler on the outside. Rubbed it down with wet & dry and painted with plastic primer (total so far £30)
I have a mate who works for Chips Away (mobile paint & body repairer) and he's going to paint it at my home for £50 this weekend.
Finally 2 x Fazer & 1 X tuning fork decals / stickers from Ebay £5 +/-...
It's not difficult to do really. If you're not too handy have a look through Youtube...
