Another vote for re-checking the EXUP. The servo motor doesn't usually stick which makes me wonder if something else was amiss. Like you misadvertently connected the cables up bass-ackwards, for instance. 
After that, fresh fuel and check that a McMouse didn't decide to hibernate in the air filter.
