The copper says "a really nasty collision" But look again ----- there was no contact at all.
Kind of a back skid then a stoppie flipping the bike sideways and re apearing on the left missing all cars.
So you could argue that he did stop within the distance he coud see, but like when evil canevil jumps 30 busses and then breaks his back when he lands "that dont count"
Biker was a twat for sure and about 40mph too fast

I think he was using the video to highlight his argument/advice just because it happened to be on a cop car camera.
BUT he was a twat, no doubt about it.
