I've priced up cheap prices for all of the various in demand bits....basically comes to about £800
so i'd be wanting all of that hassle of stripping and selling to be worth its while.
i'd possibly part with it for 1k...is that fair....so for 1k someone gets a low mileage bike with an mot, tasty bits and almost all the parts to completed the project.....is this fair?...more to the point is it 'likely'....& no that wouldn't include the trailer.
Easiest way to go fast........don't buy a blue bike
