Ring them and say they have sent you some wrong goods,,,then ask for your "Paid " order,,if they ask for you to return the goods then do it,,if they do not,,,,welll 
Similar has just happened here,i ordered nearly five hundred quids worth of boiler bits on Weds,,i rang them yesterday and they said it had been delivered,,,not to me i said,,,they then contacted the delivery firm and it turns out it was delivered up the road to a chicken farm,,about 6 hundred yards away.
Now why has the folks up the road not popped down here to tell me thay have my parcel?, it was addressed correctly on the label too..
are they thinking they have a free parcel? well UPS are going back on Monday to ask for it
