akrapovic baffle

can anyone find or make for me an akrapovic baffle that is full bore at the output end? i put mine in for the mot ride and really liked the stealthy lack of noise, i could hear my bike and my own thoughts! but i can't stand the pea shooter look of the exhaust with the baffle in place....
is it clean enough?
