I had a Suzuki GN 125. Similar experience like those CBF125.  2.2 l per 100 km, 10 litre tank. Cheap to run, simple to repair, reliable. No problems if you drop it - unlike Fazer, wher you get most fairing broken etc. This you just straighten mirrors and off you go. Smile
Most things done in a hurry need to be done again - patiently.
