As a C90 owner I reckon that you can't beat em, so long as your happy to cruise at around 45 mph, which for me is a great speed to take the sights in.
Did 1000 miles in 22hrs 23min in May last year on mine with a top speed of over 60
You will need an extra fuel tank as the 90 will only do around 100 between stops.
I put a big one on mine for the 1000 attempt.
