You are looking at this forum in a window. If you click on "file" top left of your screen, among the options is "new window". Click this and you now have 2 windows running. Go to "home" (little house logo on your toolbar) and open photobucket or whatever site you want. I find it useful to then minimise whichever window I'm not posting in at that particular moment. So maximise in photobucket, copy IMG, minimise that window, and post in FOC-U with that window on maximise (full screen).
You can also select which of the windows you want by clicking on the internet logo at the bottom of the screen.
Not sure I'm great at explaining this as it's all pretty new to me too :lol
