Nice idea 
but I dont think it will work, not enough room to swing and keep track of the turns...what I think will work is a small sidewinder socket wrench...has a kunrled knob (sounds painfull) at the handle end to turn the bit/socket.they are out there but are hard to find....let me know how you get on as iam after one aswell
