If a bike has clip ons, can you mod to normal bars??

Cheers Stiggy, good site but couldn't find any for the '06 Sprint - found these which look good but are along the same lines as Renthals.

Also need to bear in mind Mick's point re the length of available cable which would govern which route. Need to have a good look at my mates bike to see how much cable play is there and maybe try it for a day.
