How to fill handlebars with expandable foam

My 600 is a nightmare for vibrating bars - the stock ones were the worst. I synced the carbs several times in a 6 month period to no real avail, replaced the bars with Renthals, which helped a bit and then bought the heaviest bar ends I could find, which ended up getting rid of most of the issue, but not entirely.

I don't think the exhaust is the main culprit, as its the identical system to my previous 600 which didn't have the issue. In general, I think its just wear and tear on a poorly maintained engine (not my fault) and so it vibrates more and the mountings are likely in questionable condition as well.
