Too late! Went through one today. Fortunately, there were temporary traffic lights, so only one side allowed through at a time, and luckily, was able to filter to the front before they turned green. Well, quickly snicked 2nd gear, but speed at about walking pace - nevertheless, it got deeper......and deeper....and deeper! Eventually had a bow wave that put up a wall of water that actually went up over my head! :eek
At one point, I could barely see the road, but luckily came through before sinking without a trace.
Pleased to say. my kit kept me dry underneath, and the bike didn't skip a beat, but carried on as if to say, "all in a day's work". You just gotta love :faz s!
Course it's filthy now, but ACF'd underneath, so not worried.
Got detoured twice trying to find a crossing back over the Severn due to closed, flooded roads - looked like half of the total area I covered was under water. This is going to take some time to subside methinks :\
