Spider, you are going to have to hook up with me sometime, we're not a lillion miles away, i'm in Harlow, and have tools and a small garage.
Air filter, reckon we could do that in around 40minutes start/finish.
Shock. Either get one off ebay that has less miles, for a quick swap, chances are that it won be much better, or modify an R6 shock (this is what i'm currently in the process of). I have to say that my shock at 48,000 miles actually isnt too bad, so maybe just som adjustment would improve things, that would take 5 minutes whilst doing your air filter.
