rear suspention.

Do a search on 'rear shock' instead.

Realistically to refurb your shock you're looking at approximately £130ish incl. postage plus the bike off the road for at least a week, then you'll need someone to remove and refit it.

As you're not so keen on attempting an air filter change i'm gonna hazard a guess it won't be you doing it, so it would also be the simplest way to go.

Or you can go for the upgrade, either by modding an R6 or an FZS1000 shock, but again, much more work involved, or simply buy an aftermarket shock from probably a minimum £300+.

I struck lucky by managing to get an already refurbed shock on here, courtesy of 'Fuzzy', so personally had a bit of a result, but in reality it's gonna cost you a few hundred quid unless you can manage to find one as well, which i doubt.
More people are born because of alcohol than will ever die from it.
