Yep, good question. You could try TCP and see if they will sell mounts/bobbins alone. Pretty much every other bobbin I've seen on the market has just one long straight bolt through to frame, and so just won't line up with this pan. I suspect I'd have to get some new ones fabricated.
That said, due to these bobbins not really protecting the bike much, I'd be more tempted to put the money on some crash bars. Especially as I'm using the bike just for London commuting in the main.
