Yes that's exactly what I got. It's a slightly loose fit on the bulb, but give the bulb base a wrap with electrical tape and it's fine.
I got a few spare hid sets (long story) basically I ended up with 4 sets for £50!
You can make the h1 fit the h4 side by taking the h4 plate off an old bulb. H4-2 has hid low beam, halogen high beam. I tried these but prefer the h4-3 which has the solenoid to physically move the bulb.
Going to try h4-4 which has 2 hid bulbs, one for low and one for hi, but uses 2 ballasts. Just waiting to find a bulb at the right price
