Car Tyres, Again (Sorry)
#1
Hi Again Guys,

Quick question. I have found a great deal on some hoops for my car, and given money was a consideration on this purchase, I have to ask your collective opinion. My rims are 225, and the manufacturer recommendation is 225/45/17 91Y. I have found a set of 4 tyres that I want at a great price, but they are 215/45/17 91W. I know it is only 10mm a difference, and its not as if I drive to the limit of the car, or even close, so the Y/W wont make any difference. So am I safe to fit these? It is the last set in stock according to the website, so I sort of need to act on it, and want them to be here for Saturday as my mate is going to fit them for me. I would ask him this question, but he turns his phone off on a Sunday. I appreciate your feedback foccers Smile
Not quite sure what to do with my early mid-life crisis. Ideas on a post card to P.O.BOX 150...
