You have the little known 1997 FZ400L. It was a Fazer specifically marketed to learner schools - by Yamaha, so it was a factory model. As the photo below shows, it came with crash bars and a host of lights mounted front and back. These were linked to the controls which would light up to show the instructor what the rider was doing.
