Repair it 
never had a tyre on my bike yet that hasn t had a puncture, latest was with glass and put a cut on the outside about 8mm long and l thought the worst. Would have used my plugger tool if it was a nail or a screw but took it to my local tyre place and luckily the cut on the inside was only small so he used the usual umbrella/mushroom patch, all seems well and l m happy to know the hole is covered and plugged...
