But....flip-up helmet testing doesn't include the chinbar.... :\

As far as I'm aware, there is no existing standard, or rules and regulations concerning riding with the chinbar up. The only obvious thing is, as mentioned, riding at higher speeds - not advisable cos at the very least it'll give you neck strain!
