Touring the continent next year?
#19
Looking on PO Ferries for one leg of a return trip there are 3 options

Saver £20 You must travel on your booked sailings.. Outside of this you will be required to pay the difference between your ticket for that leg of the journey and the price on that day for the new sailing (NB. Prices on the day of departure typically start from £90 each way)

Flexi £40  Travel on any sailings within 4 hours of your booked sailing, subject to available space.. otherwise its as above

Flexi Extra £37.50 Travel on the first sailing with space available at no charge .. † Unless changing season or to a peak date.

DFDS Seaways fare types  We have 2 ticket types for our Dover to France routes: Flexi FaresFlexible Travel – Depart on any sailing within 72hrs either side of the booked crossing for no additional cost, subject to availability.Free amendments - only pay the difference in the fare price to travel more than 72hrs either side of the booked crossing.Full refund - 100% refund available if cancelled 48hrs or more prior to departure (upon a written request to Customer Services Cancellations)This fare type was previously know as a 'Premium' ticket.Economy FaresNo refunds available for cancelled bookings. Our Economy ticket lets you travel on one sailing before or after your booked crossing time for free, subject to availability.A £10 charge applies to changes made for each crossing (outward and return), in addition to any increase in the fare price.
In June their prices seem a bit steep £29-£35 each way depending on the time for economy ticket £49-£55 for flexi.

Think I will stick to the tunnel.
