Not much happening what with Familly etc over xmas but today I managed to shape a neoprene seat pad, get the forks sprayed and fit the wheels.
Foam cut and crudely given initial shape

Bike with seat sanded smooth and to shape with wheels/forks etc fitted!

Starting to look like a bike!
The ToDo list is now quite short, fit the number plates and handlebars and thats it.
