You're right, they are cojones grande. Changing mirrors is something I want to do as well, although I have kind of got used to them -- I have to lean my head over to one side to get a better view behind me.
Just had a thought: I wonder if it's possible to fit a rear view camera and have a little screen mounted on the handlebars? Would be handy for reversing and avoiding black recycling boxes.
