Just looking at a picture, I do see the smaller pipe bellow the larger pipe on the right of the rad 
To be fair I haven't had any icing issues since I changed the coolant out and gave it some radflush but I wanted to cover my arse as much as possible. Apparently it also helps with cold morning starts so worth a try anyway
