Can they not read good old-fashioned maps anymore?

I'm in a similar situation where I am expecting two parcels. One was supposed to be delivered on the 5th and the other on the 6th - its now the 7th and neither have been delivered. I work from home and I've been in all day so I know damn well no one has attempted delivery. I think one is coming from Royal Fail though... so it well be found in a sorting office a few years from now when they blame the Christmas rush for the delay :\
