Slightly off topic but what pi55's me of is when your looking for a parking spot avoiding the d/bay's and some one in a flash BMW or Audi parks up sticks their blue badge up on the windscreen then jumps out the car and runs across the car park ! !

or you see a blue badge car being loaded by some one that's just walked across the car park carrying 15 bags loaded with shopping !
