Yesterday I was going to Nooj's in Newbury to get my bike cleaned and ACF 50 treated and, as it was nice weather, decided to go up some nice twisty roads to the A32, then take the A272 and B3046 before getting on to the A339.
Unfortunately it seems they'd been putting down the new "improved" style of grit which was slippery as foc at times and I decided to skip the B3046 section because it just did not feel at all safe, so I stuck to the main routes
By the time I got to Nooj's, the definitely needed a clean because of the amount of crap that had been thrown up from the roads.
