Anybody know how to keep fork stanchions from rusting?
I use ACF50 but they are still pitting.

...if you are storing it over winter"....get some 1200/1500  wet & dry paper give them a good sanding over the pitting!!...then a light coating of petroleum jelly all over? ....then before using again wipe it off!!....dont use grease on chrome though?...cus its slightly acidic and eventualy tarnish ,then eat into it!!....got a bike in storage, been there 25years and stantions still like new ......
