Lovely bike, very rare to come across one like that but if you want to realise a big profit on it because of its outstanding condition, I think you need to be willing to put it away for another 4 - 5 years.
Also, resist the temptation to change anything from absolutely bog stock condition. The wheels look nice but you've done something non-standard which will ultimately detract from the potential value.
In time, the Gen 1 Fazer will be regarded as a modern-day classic and since so many are modified (guilty as charged
