I bought my 2011 FZ8 about 10 months ago with 735 miles on it. I purchase a used FZ6R (not the faster R6) the summer of 2012 and really enjoyed the light weight but it lacked a little get up and go so I jumped at the chance to buy the FZ8. I still have the FZ6R for friends to ride when they journey south to escape the cold winters up north.
I found this forum last night from a search for a FZ8 shop manual as I have to replace my front fork seals. With only 6,600 miles on the bike that seems a bit early to have to change them but there is a lot of dust and grit here in the desert. Thanks for the manual by the way. Here is an early picture of my bike without a couple of the minor things I've added. I'll try to get a new picture to post soon.
