The extra bits on insurance--worth it?

Must admit those extras seem priced a bit high, probably so you jump on the chance at paying the £55, anything to get more money from you.

I just renewed with bikesure, equity red star, legal cover included and additional personal injury was £15. There the only 2 I bother with really.
